Supporting a huge, dispersed supply chain at British Land

 
 

British Land have over 30,000 suppliers spread across the United Kingdom. Delivering training to an audience of this size is a challenge. 

British Land have over 30,000 suppliers spread across the United Kingdom. Delivering training to an audience if this size is a challenge. Many of the workforce are contractors and therefore keeping the quality levels across the board can be difficult and they needed a high-impact solution to ensure their supply chain was familiar with their Supply Chain Charter.

 

 

Challenge

Remote workforce dispersed across the country. Many contractors work onsite and have limited office access. Suppliers are short of time. This is where I will enter some more useful information - gotta write it first though.
